On April 2 I weighed 229 then my kids and grand kids visited during Easter break. I gained 5 lbs, but I'm not going to beat myself up cause I really enjoyed the visit. I only get to see them once or twice a year. WW is a great program and I will start again today with the Lord's help I will succeed.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
