Loaded up on 100 calorie bars. Added granola bars. Finally forgot about everything I was doing at 7:30 Pm and had a Nestle Crunch ice cream bar and 4 Chips Ahoy. Relationship dificulties creating emotional turmoil and lack of pre-thought and control. Lack of trust in God too.
219.9 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
