Have been losing weight very consistently. I am contributing it to lowering my calorie count to 2,000 - 2,500, depending on whether I work out that day. Fatsecret's calorie estimator is off and too high.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
