Wow, I am so anal I can't even allow myself a free night without guilt! I just finished doing my cardio/weight training 30 minute session (that I was NOT going to do) and I am burning up. Even though I knew exactly what I was doing and I knew that it IS OK to do that once in a while, I still kept thinking about how I let a wonderful day that started at 219.1 turn into a really bad day for me in the end. So, I'm going to make a commitment to not weigh myself until Sunday - at the very least. Weighing myself every day is just making me crazy and my stress level isn't helping. I'm going to keep tracking my food, keep up my workouts and trust in myself. I have to. I'm taking tomorrow off and spending the day bike riding with my daughter and clearing my head!
