I am getting very busy, but today I did take the dog for an extra little walk. I am hoping with the weather warming to get to do some gardening. I want to grow fresh herbs this year. Okra grows well her also. Don't know if we can have it on Atkins(will have to check it out). I do know that it is a good thickener. I love to eat good tasting food. My DH has lost 10lbs and is still eating some carbs (hes just doing it so that we don't make 2 meals). But he does like the Chicken ala Firenze. It is really good. I am not going to weigh every day anymore. I don't move the scale, but I do think that I might measure every day to see if I am losing "" instead of lbs. It doesn't matter to me as long as something goes down.
