I been watching what I eat and drink and I loss 2 pounds
208.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2176 kcal Fat: 84.83g | Prot: 94.23g | Carb: 246.62g.   Breakfast: coffee creamer, sugar, coffee, honey nut cheerios. Lunch: blueberries, Atlantic Salmon (Farmed), bird's eye broccoli and cheese. Dinner: cucumber, Tomato, Mixed Salad Greens, Italian sausage, Old World Style Flavored with Meat Pasta Sauce, pasta. Snacks/Other: small fries, mcdonalds double cheeseburger, coffee creamer, sugar, coffee, strawberry jam, margarine, Whole Wheat Bread. more...
