Staying pretty close to my food plan. Recording everything I eat and writing in this journal is helping alot. The new push mower doesn't hurt either. I am glad it's warmer and I can work outside every afternoon. I am staying within points and calories. Working now to get under 160. Hopefully i can shed 3 more pounds by this time next week. I have to be watchful after the weekend - weekends are the deal breakers. I can do this!
