Today is a weird day i am not sure how i feel i think that i have the blues I am still sticking to my lifestyle change and happy with that i guess i just thought i would be seeing a huge difference...although i am more comfortable in my clothes than i was 6 weeks ago and have lost 16 pounds i just thought it would be a greater loss for the effort, i am greedy and expect alot from myself..I need to go back on the eplitcal machine that i hate so much to see a huge drop i guess...i am not expectin too much for weigh in day i hope that it will be good but i was eatin beef so i am expecting i will have a gain due to water gain my hands feel swollen already. congratulations to me 6 weeks is a great accomplishment and i won't let my blues ruin my choices.....

Hang in there Aqua! I am on day 17 on the induction (which I opted to stay on longer) and still have only lost 11 pounds. I feel like I should loose 1 a day lol. Perhaps try some yoga or bike? Change from the norm? I got back in to Dance Central today just to change things up. Blah. :) Good job on 16 lbs!
