ahhhh well, i weighed in and i'm dissapointed because i have not only gained a little weight (0.8 lbs) since monday, but at least today, wednesday, i havent gained any weight. I realize that since monday i've been trying the 30 day shred with uses a little weight and i started using bigger hand weights than i should have so i think thats where the extra weight is from because my eating habits are the same.. i'm doing pretty good. Well, i decide to measure myself even though i said i would do it once a week only.. and i see that in the past 10 days approximately.. i have lost 3 inches from my bust, 1 inch from my waist, and 1 inch from my hips so hey... who cares if i havent lost lbs.. my pants are a little loose and my tops fit me a lil loose up top! so i went from :( to :-D. if anyone is reading this, DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED .. don't rely on the scale alone!
