It be an unfair competition, flexible dieting 🙌🏼

Fair/Unfair is relative. Results are definitive.

I never saw the point of putting down another way of eating. I suppose we all get stoked by what's worked in our own unique situation, and want to share.

Oh I don’t think about it that way

I did restrictive dieting before n I only ended up yo-yo dieting

Anytime, regardless of how you lost the weight, if you go back to eating the way you did when you were fat will result in getting fat again.

I’m trying to show the way that has worked for me, maybe just maybe there’s a person I can help 😉

I'm sure there's a lot of people who will find your posts helpful, I enjoy reading keto-criticisms, doesn't hurt my feelings, I don't find keto to be restrictive at all. I'm not sure if keto is superior or not, but I do know what worked for me, I lost 250 pounds in less than year. I don't find myself making any plans for social situation, I just don't eat things that don't belong, there's always meat and vegetables in social situations, don't have to make a big deal out of it, and I don't drink anyway, so hey, hasta la vista alcohol! And to address that last point, ALL diets are hard to sustain in the long term, that's certainly not unique to keto.

Wow Phil, that's incredible. I know how addicted I am to carbs. I tried going keto and fall way off the plan.. I have managed to lose 130 lbs eating the carbs but feel the difference when I don't.

Keto, definitely, is not for everyone. In fact, I absolutely encourage and suggest trying different approaches and see what works best for particular situations. Keto, in my way of thinking, is best suited for people that have dealt with life-long obesity, tried counting calories and failed, and/or have hormonal/insulin issues.

Yeah, for me finding out that flexible dieting was possible was life changing. I do think more restrictive diets have their place in situations like Phil advised. But for me, trying to stick to them is setting myself up for failure, I cannot stop eating my favorite foods for long.
