Oh My Gosh!! I finally made it!! I am at GOAL!! Now if I can just stay there! I am so excited.
I just got home from spending the week with my sweet Momma, and didn't do any snacking or cheating. Guess that should tell me something. I used to be so strict with myself but have gotten lax over the past several months. Need to stay on the straight and narrow and remember "A minute on the lips, forever on the hips." Except in my case it goes straight to my belly, I am definitely an apple, not a pear.
Anyway....I am so happy today!

134.5 lb Lost so far: 130.5 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 0.4 lb a week
