OK SO IVE GOTTON OVER MY CRAVINGS FOR SWEETS AND WINE THATS GOOD BUT NOW I FIND I FEEL LIKE IM SUFFERING FOR FRUITS AND VEGI
I KNOW IF I MOVE INTO OWL ITS NOT GONNA HELP MUCH 5 GRAMS OF CARBS DONT DO MUCH WHEN YOU WANT A BOWL OF FRUIT OR CORN OR WHATEVER KINDA GREEN
AT THE SAME TIME IM AFRAID I WILL UNDO ALL IVE DONE UP TO KNOW
I DONT LIKE THE PLACE IM IN RIGHT NOW I FEEL DEPRIVED OF JUST TO MUCH OF THE HEALTHY STUFF
I MEAN TO I WANT TO BE HEALTHY OR SKINNY
CRAP IM JUST CONFUSED AND UNHAPPY NOW

SHARI, DON'T BE AFRAID OF MOVING UP IN OWL. YOUR WEIGHT HISTORY IS GOOD. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THE CORN THOUGH, BUT YOU CAN START ADDING SOME FRUITS (BERRIES). AS LONG AS YOU DON'T OVERDO IT, AND CAN CONTINUE TO LOSE - GREAT. SOMETIMES THOUGH YOUR WEIGHT CAN STALL A FEW DAYS TO WEEK. JUST MAKE SURE YOU DON'T START GAINING.
