Good Morning everyone
Up at 3a...must be the ketosis or I'm really getting use to the time change...
I was up scrubbing my kitchen...we are expecting my new stove to arrive today...
I finally got all rooms up and running with Direct TV..
hubby said we should have just went ahead and paid the extra for a tech to come out and reinstall the system after the water damage incident because we spent half the day trying to get it up and running ha ha
lets just say if I ever want to quit nursing... I can apply for a technician job with Direct Tv...Ive learned that much.
I'm going out to Jungle Jims this morning... its a (Trader Joes on steroids) and shop around .. they have everything in the world imaginable and tons of low carb foods that you wouldn't see in other stores...
then back to chipping away at spring cleaning here...
I have 2 more work days ..I work this weekend..then off for 7 days...
going to get tons done around here so when it does get nice...I'm outside...
Need to focus more on my water intake going to take Kylnn ..my adopted daughter here on FS advice..set an alarm on my cell to remind me its time to drink my water..will see how that works.
Zumba today...maybe work with some weights today too..my kick boxing for dummies dvd should arrive today want to see what that's all about..
still feeling out my exercise routine..
Zumba is the only exercise I'm really committed to so far..

I love Zumba! All my girlfriends are there I do it twice a week on the weekends. There is a Zumba toning that we do to with weights too. Zumba Love Makie4!
