Happy*Snappy's Journal, 22 March 2018

Well, I've managed to follow my eating plan and stay at my maintenance weight for the last 3 months. YEAH!!! I gave myself a 5 pound fluctuation leeway and have done pretty well keeping it steady. I haven't been on here much - it has been super busy at work and home and with my family.
269.2 lb Lost so far: 67.2 lb.    Still to go: 88.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
