Bouncy scale blues again😉 this seems to be my body’s pattern. Loss, level out, loss again. I’ll be patient. Went shopping yesterday with my teenagers. I’m not at the 20lbs lost point quite yet but I decided to buy pants anyways! Nothing like trying on clothes to remind you you’re not where you want to be yet! Haha! I was feeling quite down but then found a couple of pairs of pants that fit and look decent (I hope!) I’ll post a pic later. Have a great day my friends! Hugs to you all!
138.4 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
