Here is the recipe:
You need:
Breast chicken sliced into little to medium pieces, onion sliced, put them together and add your favorite spices (salt, cumin, "thyme is my fav", peppermint, basil) mix them well and leave them for 30 min (if u love yogurt you can add it to this and leave it in the fridge before cooking, it will make it juicy).
Then you put it on the stove with some butter or ghee, till it's cooked
- Additional tip: *it might not be healthyyy but it make it taste so awesome**
after it's cooked, you can make a circled space in the pot and put a little dish with some butter and put in it a piece of coal (this coal was first put on the stove and turned to red) close the put perfectly and leave it for 10 min and remove the coal
Now it's done, you can eat it that way or add some beautiful veggies.
I cut broccoli and pepper "you can add anything" into small pieces.
I get another pot, put some butter, add veggies, stir them for a while, then add my shawerma, stir a little.
