I love bread. I'm going to have some with butter someday. Yes. Dave's Killer Bread is great. Sometimes I have half or a whole slice of the thin heavy wheat with a couple of eggs. It's real bread, that's for sure. I like the chunks of whole wheat.

I get two slices of wheat bread with scrambled egg on a bit kim chee (chinese cabbage)
Because I need to maintain my weight (i think me in a good condition) so i get as much as carb, a little fat and enough protein as long as they satisfy my measument that I calculated before.
Many people nowadays get on keto diet but in my country it is not popular so we have to find out the suitable for ourselves :)
