Still sick. Today I am a walking snot factory, so I'm not really surprised that the number on the scale jumped. I keep sneezing too! I had to go show a house 30 minutes from here, but told my clients to just keep their distance a bit greater from me today and that I would do everything I could to step away if I needed to sneeze or cough!

I stopped by the store on my way home and picked up some alka seltzer plus for colds. I intend it will help this crud along a bit faster! I've got a few things planned for this evening, so I'm going to eat a few hard boiled eggs and take a nap.
234.6 lb Lost so far: 134.2 lb.    Still to go: 84.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
