Yay! A loss! I thought it might be, I am able to pull my belt one hole closer! I know these last 20 pounds will be more difficult to lose - they've been there the longest!
192.8 lb Lost so far: 72.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
