Birds of a feather...flock together..well if we are similar and your like me...it goes by fast and besides I'm use to the longer hours...I'm off the next day after pulling a 16 so that's nice...hope you have a good first full day of spring..;)

Sounds like I taught myself how to handle snow driving about the same way you did, lol! I tried taking my daughters into empty parking lots to do the same thing but between anti lock breaks and non skid technology, and different wheel drive, we couldn't get any good spins going, hahaha!! Good outcome for your water issues, and Definitely makes a huge difference to stay positive! Have a great day :-)

when my daughter first learn to drive I did the same ...I took a week off during her spring break... had her all over... interstates...back roads. doentown Cincinnati..even went to the Smokey Mts. for a few days and yes...she drove through the mts...she doesn't have a fear of driving anywhere now...so your smart to get the out there like that...never hurts to be positive...even if your results don't turn out the way you want them to..you have a great day to sweetie;)

Lol Maxie4! It appears that every time you write a post I find something we have in common. I absolutely loved my '73 Camaro, my first car. I used to be able to drive in the snow, then I moved to the desert 33 years ago and lost that skill. Needless to say I am happy for any similarity because you are easily the most supportive person here on FS, along with HCB. I'm so happy to hear your insurance is covering the damage, that's unusual these days. Take care in the snow and have a blessed day.

Happy Happy Wednesday! I learned how to drive in my Daddy's blue Chevy stick shift truck. We had an empty lot out in the Country. Best of times. I remember he would let me drive it all over that lot, I'd get it stuck and he'd tell me how to get it unstuck, which I did. Then in town, we were on a steep hill and stopped for a light. These high school boys were right behind us. Daddy got out of the truck and asked if they wouldn't mind backing up, cause he was afraid I'd back into them. Geez, was I embarrassed. I was only 12 at the time. Yep, those were the days. BIG SMILES Keto on!
