weigh in at podiatrist office shoes and fully clothed about 10 am . at home i am closer to 221 but i'll take this as the official weight for now. weigh in at internist next week. walked 3.35 miles starving to death. will eat dinner soon

From my experience you should never say that you are starving, your mind will believe you and react accordingly. It could be just me but it works for me. One other thing never call it a diet, mentally nobody likes a diet.

I’ve actually been loving my dinners really look forward to them just hard to get there some times i eat late so I won’t be so hungry at nite

Rubato your body will adjust I eat 830am noon 430pm nothing inbetween meals nothing after 430 sleep like a baby. I found eating too many carbs makes me hungry good luck!
