I was concerned how much weight I would have to deal with after my “cheat weekend” for my birthday.

Somehow, even with indulging over the weekend, I still managed to keep a trace of ketones in my urine. I fully expected to be at 0.

Today I got back into the moderate level of ketosis (per the ketostixs) after being back on low carb for less than 48 hours.

As for the weight. I am only 0.6 lbs heavier than I was on Friday before I left for the weekend. So that is not bad at all!
171.6 lb Lost so far: 14.9 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
