Well no gym tonight.. weather is miserable here.. I got there and literally no parking and tonight it's supposed to be bad. I will need to get some motivation tonight to do some squats and free weight work. I have 2 8lb weights, a 15lb, and a 25 and squats.. so I have no excuse

I go to the gym in my family room. I love the free workout videos on Amazon Prime. Netflix has some too. Do some Yoga and jumping jacks. Hugs!

Try going slower if the weight is too light. Feel each increment of the angle as you go through the motion.

Aww, you can alot excersizes at home, squats, bridges, plank, push off your kitchen table, leg lifts, lunges, crunches 🤗 Ive used waterbottles and milk jugs before.

You doing okay today! I weigh in today lost 5lbs 👍 I ordered some keto strips they should be in today. So far Im doing good just eating veggies and salads and 4 oz of protein. ‘Ive done no snacking, Ive still not had any pop, bread or startches. 😜 Feeling pretty good today, I had a shot in my knee yesterday from Acl reconstruction surgery with mensicus and MCL and torn ligament in my foot. Can wait to get off doctors orders and out of cast/ braces so I can work out. I sure miss it. The shot normally makes me sick a few days but Im tollerating it today much better than I have been. Just wanted to check on my buddy coach and see how shes doing. 🤗 KayLee_TC

Kaylee- I unfollowed and followed again maybe that will fix it... What did you break? I had ankle surgery a few years ago on my fibula and tiba after breaking them. I still have my hardware, but I can walk without a limp now because I'm a stuborn sob hehehe be didn't believe in pt. What did you break??

I fell and had a Complete ACL reconstruction surgery, they took a ligament from my thigh area mix it with a donor and braided it like you braid hair and screw it into my tibia and femur bone, they also had to repair and take out some of my menscus and repair MCL ligamant, I also ruptured a ligament on my foot that goes from your heel to your toes. The doctor sais I alao sprain the other two ligamants in my knee LCL and PCL. Talk about a mess gezz .

Ligaments take a lot longer to heal than bone... Take it easy on yourself. I hope that they give you some good pt care once your able to do anything!!!

I spoiled myself this morning with an iced coffee... Yeah it's gone already and I'm about to go bounce around the office and have my coworkers want to kill me because I'm to chipper for this time of the morning... Ahhhh hahahahaha

Cabbage does have carbs.. When I picked the first one it said 5g of carbs for a cup.. Carbs don't disappear when you cook the starches break down some and become a simpler sugar, which is why a carbs taste sweeter when cooked like corn, potatoes and what not. Sciency science stuff hehehe.. I watched way to much bill nye the science guy

I heard veggies that grow below the ground are higher in carbs. Veggies that grow above the ground are lower in carbs. However with exception to watch peppers and onions carbs can really add up quickly on the peppers and onions.

Sweet bell peppers do because technically peppers are a fruit. And onions grow under the ground and there are different kinds that are higher in sugar and are often sauteed to reduce in volume and increase the amount of sugar and caramelize it. Now something like a red onion can be really potent and a small amount can be really noticed. There are also tons of different peppers with different spice like it doesn't take much jalapeno to impart that flavor into something like cheese.. Hense pepper Jack

Okay coach need your help, and advice when doin Keto should one stay away from cabbage, onions and peppers( green and red) are the only two type I like. I love watermellon and canteloupe, whrn farmers market starts shoyld one avoid these as well. Its so confusing in some web-sites on Keto they list cabbage abe peppers onions then other sites say avoid. When i eat veggies like in salad I could never use a 1/2 cup of that veggie Im will use just a little but i log it as tye serving size that is loaded in FS. even though I didnt eat that amt. i figure better log more than b short. Im not sure Im doing this Keto right Ive not been exact yet on my macros( if they are correct) Ive been staying under 20 carbs and under 600-800 cals I try to get accurate macros and i actuqlly dont understand them
