I have not been nearly as stringent this week as needed. I need to plan better -and- think before eating things that I should not. Planning to cover nutrition bases is a good thing - because - if the most important bases are covered - I'm less likely to eat things I do not need.
296.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 141.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
