I’m SO sorry!! Water leaks are no fun. Your positive energy definitely radiates from you—you are always like a bright ray of sunshine! Those service men are lucky to be working for you today🙂 If I could bring you dinner I would and have it hot and delivered at 6:00pm so you wouldn’t have to worry about that at least. Awwww thank you sweetie but heck poor newnbetter has got tons more problems on her plate... poor girl...yep hubby is in the business he deals with this stuff all the time just on a more larger sale...all the storm disasters you hear about floods..water damage...he is constantly busy...assisting large companies to get businesses/people out from under the water damage...
so we are ok...I do see in my future more drywall dust cleaning though...funny I just got that area cleaned up ...oh well I will do it again and be happy that I can ha ha... love you my friend

Mike ..not a big deal and your correct of course I would have been here even if I was heading out to work today..and would have gone through the same process..but felt kind of helpless because I wouldn't be able to be here to take care of things ..daughter would have had to skip class lol I'm loving my first day of spring anyway ..hope you are too we have been waiting for it Mike...and its here Yay...

Aww, sweet sweet Mama Maxie, I am so sorry!! But I love your attitude about it! You are truly someone to look up to, you have such a wonderful, kind, gentle spirit. I truly am blessed to know you. I hope that your servicemen who are coming are kind to you. I know how stressful things like that can be! We have a tree that its roots will block our plumbing about 3 times a year and our landlord refuses to remove the tree, so we just have to keep calling the plumber out. It gets frustrating when all the drains are connected to the one pipe and its blocked. I pray for your patience and sanity. You are truly amazing, though!! They always say "Without the sadness, we would never know true happiness" and I feel like that goes well with most situations, without the troubles, we would never know true peace. God bless you, sweet lady!! Have a cup of coffee for me!! ((hugs))

Klynn sweetie its ok...and I will enjoy a cup for you and then some ha ha...I remember and its burned in my brain... a member here saying after having treatment she missed her hair...that puts me in check everytime...although at first I wanted to pull mine out...I got a hold of myself... love you tons...and its fine just aggravaring at first...I feel happy about spring ..this minor p.i.a. is just that lol your my girl sweetie and you are all of what you said about me and more...just love you sweetie..thank you for being in my life too... your a pure joy to me;)

Oh dear, I am so sorry you have to deal with all of that. We have been in the path of many hurricanes and I am forever grateful that I have never had to deal with flooding...and that my hubby was able to safely fly through them to rescue workers from rigs. We take what life gives us and turn it over to God who can handle our whining and woes then somehow turn our eyes to the positive side. God bless you with patience and endurance today....good thing you are a high energy person!

So sorry Maxie!! I know what it's like to deal with water damage. Washer overflowed years ago, destroyed our extra room downstairs. Ended up being a blessing later. We ended up with extra money from the insurance since we opted not to have a section of the upstairs hardwood floor replaced. Didn't do major damage to it and I said it just gives it character, lol. Anyway, hubby at the time (now deceased) was out of work and we were struggling. The extra money paid our house payment that month. Sometimes God uses something bad for our benefit. Love your attitude! Be joyful in all situations 😄

Of course God does...I rather go through something and learn a life lesson than to never go through things and not learn to appreciate what I have..but it will be fine my hubby deals with major disasters daily ours is just a crimp in our daily plans...I'm just enjoying my moments... waiting for the crew to arrive...someone always has a more difficult time to go through...love to you my dear friend and thank you ;)

Ginger so many have tons to deal with so much more aggravating than mine ..my sprout or whatever is..its not getting me down ....I'm watering my tomatoe plants in the window and telling them at least we have water..even if its sprouting in areas it shouldn't..older house older pipes we had other sections replaced that is the fun of owning a home ha ha thank you sweetie for you kind words your a blessing to me;)

Sorry Sweetie I totally dislike insurance companies found it easier not to deal with them, if you can. After Hurricane Charlie it took 5 years to the day to collect and that was after hiring a lawyer. They claimed no hurricane well smart asses how did my roof fly off lol

That's ok my hubby is all about business...and a tough cookie at that ...he also works in the area of disaster and water damage...we will get it fixed with them or without them...hubby also flipped homes for a profit ...I don't care for them myself...but I'm not dealing with them he knows them... so he is...ha ha
