Diddlee's Journal, 19 March 2018

After years with only fragmented bits of exercise, it feels good to be more active. Before falling asleep last night, I had this kid like excitement about doing more muscle work in the morning. Really weird, and unusual feeling.

Happy to be on this meat, egg, butter, little bit cheese, seeds, lemon and raspberries/blackberries diet for now.

The meal frequently pattern has not settled. Currently try to tweak it for better sleep.

It's great that you found what works for you! There's nothing like having more energy. When I came back to the site after 1 or 2 years I started eating more fat because it seemed to help so many people. I found out that it does not work for me. Everyone is different, whatever works is what is important!

You have done an amazing job losing over 100lbs! Wow! Was it all lost while on a keto type diet?

Thank you momma6224. Most of the weight was lost by having a big serving of vegetables and/or salad and some eggs, bacon and meat.'Nutrition Rich Keto'. Most of the time I had a big breakfast only, and fasted till the next day. Now I am down to size L Slim, and have more focus on muscles and enery levels. Research and try out different things to get the energy needed for weight training, rowing and bike rides. Find a more Carnivorous kind of diet helps, as I do not feel fatigue like I did after a huge serving of vegetables.
