Stressed out between work and home. I'm a stress eater to begin with. Mostly sweets. It doesn't help when you have people buying you the sweets. Valentines and now Easter candy is doing me in. It's very hard for me to detox from sugar. I was doing so good until my husband bought me candy upon candy. I had a lb of Fannie May candy, 3 bags of jelly beans, peeps, 4 boxes of girl scout cookies. I've gotten lucky I've gained 2.5 lbs. But I can't get my husband to understand that when I buy myself candy I buy stuff I like not love. Candy I like I can have a couple of pieces and get my fix and walk away. Now I'm addicted to candy and can't get my will power back. My lowest weight was 174.8. All I had was 24.2 lbs to my goal. My husband had gastric bypass and the weight is just melting off him. I feel like he's deliberately trying to stop me from looking good. I know no one can help me. You have to really want
to lose weight in order to lose it.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 84.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You’ll be fine. That amount of candy won’t matter, your progress is fine, just continue with a deficit the rest of the week and you’ll lose as normal by the end of the week
