Dances around the kitchen singing.... It,s Jello multiple times like a frenzied hamster. yay i dont have to eat fruit soup!




200.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My Fruit soup was if the jello did not set. With gelatin being animal sourced... I think fine for keto... it is in bone broth that is what makes it jel after cooling. technically it is concentrated bone broth? If someone can correct my perception please provide the information. Learning is good.
