Pepperjack cheese on EVERYTHING lol. I did skip the meat today because I was too lazy - made up for it by having a bunless burger for lunch ;)

How do you cook your avocado?

I just eat it raw... but I saw a cool recipe for breading it in seasoning/almond flour and baking it (avocado fries?) Haven't tried it yet but plan to soon!
