Been doing keto since 1/1. Down 14 pounds and lots of inches. Didn’t measure before I started but clothes are very big on me. A keto friend suggested to start logging what I am eating as I had stopped. Am deleting certain foods from my diet to see if it will help me lose more. Getting rid of butter in bpc and my raw egg in coffee. Also cutting back on dairy. Hoping to shock family when I see them in April!
