Fun though to put a workout video on and do exercise with them--hysterical. The kids think its great fun. Used to do workouts with my kids before the videos. Just put on some music and do them.

I think its amazing working out with the kids. Keeps your mind off your working out and time passes quickly. Sometimes the best memories are made when your working out with the kids. Your doing a great job, at least your not using kids as an excuse not to work out. Keep up the good work and the motivation! 😀
