Ok so i will be 100% honest. I have not tracked my food for the past two days.

Today is my birthday, and I have spent these weekend celebrating my birthday. Hence the not tracking....

But I did go on a long nature hike yesterday, to counteract some of the calories I have eaten.

But today I am back on my diet. And I am feeling ok. Just have to reset now and keep going.
