THERE we go. Been stuck for about a week at the 1.2 lb gain from my lowest. Now only .2 lb up.

I got a little fat shamed yesterday from a fellow friend who is apparently also doing keto/LCHF. It kind of hurt. We were at a baby shower together and I believe the only thing that was remotely low carb was some chicken salad. The regular salad was drenched in a sugary fruity dressing. I decided to treat myself to a very small (think tiny jam jar) of cheesecake fluff/crust and she stopped me about halfway back to my table as she hadn’t really got to talk to me yet and she said something to the effect of “You’re still doing keto? Loosely apparently ?” Eyeballing my cheesecake. And i know I’m forgetting actual words and tone here but it was kind of hurtful. I have not had a “cheat” since red lobster a few days ago and the super bowl before that. I know what I can and cannot take at this point. I am maybe just complaining. But yes, I am still on “Keto”, and yes I am still on my journey and yes I am still losing.

Oh don’t take it to heart, it’s your diet not anyone else’s. Do what you believe is best for you. If you follow keto 90% of the time but it works for you, then own it and let people know that. You know yourself the best - don’t doubt yourself!

Psh. Some “friend” I’d be like “yeah you’re not the diet police!” *proceed o stuff entire cheesecake in mouth while staring intently in their eyes, then flip the bird and walk away like a boss*

That behavior is on her, not on you. Maybe she has trouble staying on keto and not losing. I say she may be jealous, because she sees that you could eat some non-keto food and still lose weight. Geez, we are hard enough on ourselves without some "friend" judging us. I agree with DEADPOOL12345 Hahaha!
