I'm feeling a little "off" today...like I'm not as motivated as I have been. I don't know why; I haven't been starving or tempted to binge. I had 2 slices of pizza last night but I had a low calorie day so it was fine. I think it's because I haven't experienced one of those 3 lb weight drops in a while. Everything seems to be moving so slowly now and I know that should be and is a good thing -

I'm going to reduce my calories to 1500 and step up my game with my workouts; forget the 30 minutes - I'm going to go to a minimum of 40 minutes every day with 1 day off a week. I'm not getting enough rest either so that's going to have to change. I am not Wonder Woman and my household will not fall apart if I stop doing everything for everyone. I think I need a project...what am I saying??? I'm completely exhausted from my everyday routine and I'm thinking about taking a week off to paint the entire top floor of my house.

I have major issues.
