Went to dinner with my youngest daughter at Cheddars tonight. I asked the waitress if they had nutritional information for their menu. She was super sweet and asked her manager who brought me a spiral type notebook of everything on the menu! It was super helpful in making better choices rather than just ordering whatever struck my fancy. I’m a dialysis patient so watching my sodium is very important. This book helped me do that! Kudos to cheddars for making this info easily accessible. Anyone else have this experience at other restaurants?

I usually google the nutrition facts before going, if they’re available. I do that with fast food places and anything else I can find that has a way for me to be accurate throughout my week.
