Welcome to those of us who manage to do this with elan on a regular basis, though wish we didn't. We know how hard you work at this and have no doubt you be over this. FYI I have shared your progress with my TOPS group and they are so impressed with your results....carry on sir.

Some take this as a sign of having reached a very nice point of the healing process. Cannot recall exactly, but I think the words 'fat cell insulin resistance' are in there.

OH THE AGONY ! Hang in there buddy. I would have said I hit a trend/plateau/ gain (up/down./down/up). Then I took a look at my overall trend since Jan 1,2018----DOWN a Solid 7lbs!!!! So stay clam...and start eyeing those pesky trends...downward...sorta...over time. Keep calm. You are in the heart of the battle now. Do not become disheartened....you are doing very well....2.6 be damned!!!!

Everyone one has a bad day or two just keep your headup and moving forward that is what counts.

From the weekend when you "ate like a horse"? I hate when it takes a few days for it to show up on the scale. It will be gone in a day or so, I betcha.

Everyone, thanks ever so much! This "machine" changed the oil and is now in second gear... where as my chest-waist-hips circumference measures have (quarter-) inched down over the past four weeks, I believe by walking EVERY DAY I can beat homeostasis!

Read more about a stall after a long time with loss. They claim it is a sign of insulin resistance being healed. In other words, insulin sensitivity is getting near healthy levels. Pretty cool, and something to celebrate! Solution... Just carry on the same way as before.
