Moved my goal back another 10 pounds. I’ve been doing some math I’m on track to reach 154 by the end of summer. Which would mean 100 pounds lost. If you had asked me a year ago if I thought I could do it, I would’ve laughed. I had seen some other people lose a lot of weight, but for some reason it didn’t seem like I could do it. Last year I used to walk the mall and stare at the clothes on the mannequins. I would repeat over and over in my head that I wanted to fit in those clothes. I wanted to wear a large not a 1x, 2x or 3x. I was a size 20 pants and just wanted to get back to a size 14. I’m now wearing small medium shirts. Size 10/12 pants. I can fit in some display clothes now. I didn’t think I could do it, but I have. Diet and exercise for the win.
176.8 lb Lost so far: 77.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 March 2018:

So proud of you! You're right. In the beginning it all seems so unattainable, but it is possible, although hard. Once you get going, the desire to keep it there is strong! Way to go!

Very inspirational! I think the key to your success was visualizing and speaking what you wanted.

You are doing great! I was finally able to get out of the "women's" sizes. Took awhile to go from 18W pants to just regular 18. Now I am in size 14 with 8 or 10 as the ultimate goal. I was in 1x and had a couple of 2x tops, now I wear large or some loose extra large tops. I think the clothes are the biggest motivator. I have 3 pair of size 12 jeans in the bottom drawer of my dresser waiting to fit into them next.

Thank you all. It’s been hard work, but it’s really great to inspire others. I’m very proud of all I’ve accomplished and wish I had done it sooner. Now I just want to help other people understand that it is attainable.
