Can't believe I forgot to take a picture of last night's dinner/today's lunch. Made 'Kung Pao Chicken" from Ruled.me website with egg fried cauliflower rice.

Oh. My. God. It was incredible! I genuinely felt like I'd had a takeaway! Next time I will definitely get a photo.

And I highly recommend the recipe!
