BIGGEST LOSER CONTEST IS OVER! I woke up and weighed 185 even and then went to the gym at work and did 20 minutes of cardio followed by some time in the sauna and dropped another pound. I lost 57 pounds in 9 weeks and finished 10 pounds lower than what I believe to be a good weight to maintain.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 49.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I did what you did, and trust me it can screw up your metabolism. I got away with it once, but the second go around bit me. I'm 57 and paying for it. I have to watch my micros really well for the most part to build and maintain a decent body. DUe to my exercise routine I should be able to consume an additional 3-4000 cals a week, but can't without it all be a weight gain. Take care of your health.
