Pretending it's not Easter.....no chocolate in sight. I got my daughter to keep her chocolate eggs in her room and they gave me the Wii game Biggest Loser USA, so I don't forget my mission! Tried a beginners workout using the balance board,(26 mins including warm up and cool down) and found it quite challenging. Also just bought piece of equipment from Ebay.It's called My Gym Fitness System and I've used one about three years ago, when attending a local fitness class....had good results. Need a lot of variety in my exercise programme or|I just get bored and give up. Weigh day tomorrow....hoping for a loss of 3lbs. Wish me luck!
