The weight is not moving. 144-145 is consistent. I haven’t been pushing myself either though. 😕
I’m guessing a week of good workouts will push me forward... just have to DO IT!
144.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
