Totally happy with a 0.2 lb gain since I got up at 0500 to go to work instead of my usual crawl out of bed around 0900 on the weekend. I am going to stick to my plan of no beer if there's not a 0.4 lb drop. I'll probably just have no beer until the weekend so I can enjoy it more anymore. 7 more days of Biggest Loser and now is not the time to be stupid.
190.2 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
