My friend and I are committing together to cut out sugar and the 'white stuff' to get healthier. She and I are borderline diabetics, and my friend has found that her cholesterol, sugar, and blood pressure is dangerously high.
I have committed to walking along with her in this NOT A DIET plan that is a change of lifestyle eating differently than the world around us choosing health, and not convenience.
Pray that we will be able to regain our health for God. We started a Daniel Bible Study (Beth Moore) yesterday. WE LOVE IT!!! Small group, lots of TALKING and praying for each other.
I am choosing 2 activities a day for exercise (spin class + swimming) or elliptical + walking and I'm matching that time with Bible Study. It is so much easier on the elliptical when you read at the SAME TIME!!
