Would be fun if it was this easy lol. Know it's water related.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 104.7 lb.    Still to go: 7.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 15.4 lb a week

Thank you maxie4. Startet a new feeeing plan yesterday, and the first impression is good. Basically 100g protein, 25g Carb, 60g fat. Will see how it works over the next few days.

Will do maxie4. The goal is to have good energy and loose fat. I've failed at this before, and suspect it could be related to wrong levels of protein and salt. Spent several hours painting the house today, so energy level is ok so far.

Great yep I'm constantly tweaking my plan due to as I get older things are different so Im journaling and only recording monthly weight so I can have complete trust and slso learn control too.I do measure and the inches are going in the correct way...down..yay! have a great weekend ..keep us posted love great and informative info:)
