up a pound and I don't know why!!!
226.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Did you have enough water? Maybe you are building muscle? During the summer I go up and down on my weight if I don't get enough water or sleep. Sometime if I am in the sun too long that will impact my weight as well.
