Fatscret has keep me abreast of telling myself that eating some things are ok..because I can see the food content.. Have backed off of some foods or cut the amounts once the total carbs are revealed...Was too busy last couple of days to record food diary....eating controlled portions of proteins, large, large salads with blue cheese or feta, balsamic dressing, siggi's yogurt -- thick & filling...yummy!.. No cravings and not hungry...think I may be leaning toward keto type existence without the butter.....keeping carbs below 30g...

Posted weight lost that occurred on Saturday morning - today...may regain those pounds because Friday's meal consisted on only protein...no time with busy schedule to sit and eat full diet..& missed my salad! Thinking that those couple pounds may be a regain down the line...Cheated yesterday and had a large piece of cornbread...with melted butter --- delish!

Busy, Busy weekend, staying the course today --- up early for exercise and to begin my food diary..
177.6 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
