@Elsy93 I agree with you 100% :) we are more than that. We are what we eat, think, do, what kind of decisions we make, whom we are surrounded with and much more. My nick name doesn't define you or anybody else on this platform. But everyday it motivates me to make good decision towards good quality food that is filled with nutrition and vitamins which helps my body to restore and repair :)
