Dinner of champs! Yes.. I’m eating ALL of this now! No oils, sugar or salt!! Vinegar is awesome!!

It's nice amazing how much more food one can eat and still lose weight when oil is excluded.

yes and veggies are soooo low in calories, so just making the right low calorie produce choices just lets you eat so much more in quantity

I follow a total plant based whole food lifestyle. It’s less about counting calories and more about tracking my macros and any consequential weight loss.. this is app is so great with breakdowns and reports!! I have mainly removed meat, dairy, oils, added salt and sugar.. after that, everything else is on the menu!
