Good Friday Morning everyone! 😁🍀 Am still stalled at 161 and Ugghhh it's Friday, that means take-out tonight. Gotta keep my fingers crossed that the bf chooses Subway instead of pizza or Chinese., those 2 seem to be my worst enemies when it comes to continuing to drop weight.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

doesn't sound like pizza or Chinese tonight, bf just called and now he's talking about Burger King ooh yay, just what I wanted, he tries to realize that I'm trying to eat healthier but when the time comes his mind is gone., his whole thing is it's Friday night and he doesn't want to cook.

I’ve been plateaued in the 160s for several months now. I believe it’s because I’m still eating like I’m 230 pounds, and am therefore eating maintenance. I just have to start tracking my calorie intake and measuring everything.

Ok we did bk last wk I'll save you the trouble how's this if you order a bacon cheeseburger, sm fries, med coke you will be at around 900cals not bad at all considering some their burgers alone go over 1000cals enjoy that's not so bad.

Murph, I use resistance bands and a homemade kettle bell ( a bowling ball in its bag, shaped just the right way too) and I walk everywhere can, when the weather gets better I'll be biking everywhere
