Nice drop this week!!! Stuck to my diet even though I didn't track everything on here I still tracked carbs and made sure to stay under or at 20. Also, exercised pretty hard. Starting to feel not as hungry so that's a plus.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
